Montauk School has adopted an enrichment program based on the Renzulli Model. Joseph Renzulli, a research professor at the University of Connecticut, has created a "Schoolwide Enrichment Model" for developing children's talents. The model focuses on enrichment for all students through the use of enjoyable and challenging learning experiences. The experiences are driven by students' interests, styles of learning and higher-order thinking skills. Lessons are developed with the goal of providing students with learning educational standards and sophisticated content in an engaging way.
