Site Based Committee

  •  Site-based decision-making is a process to improve the educational outcomes for NY State schools through a collaborative effort by which the principal, teachers, district staff, parents, and community representatives assess the educational outcomes of all students, determine goals and strategies, and ensure that strategies are implemented and adjusted to improve student achievement. Each year, a goal is decided upon, and the committee works to achieve fruition of the goal by the end of the school year in June.
